Segment LCD Displays
3 models. Samples 5 pcs, lead time 10-20 days. Segment glass is fully custom: you define the digits, icons and bars, and we make the glass to that artwork. Power consumption is measured in microamps, and there is no cheaper way to show a fixed set of values. The trade-off is tooling - the layout is fixed once the glass is made, so the artwork review matters more than on any other display type.

How to choose
Artwork first
Send the digit and icon layout. Everything else - glass size, pin count, driving mode - follows from it.
Display mode
TN for lowest cost, HTN for better contrast, VATN for a black background with bright segments.
Driving
Static driving for a few segments; multiplexed when the segment count grows - it affects contrast and viewing angle.

What is the MOQ for segment lcd displays?
Samples 5 pcs, standard production 100 pcs, fully custom 1,000 pcs.
Can I get a datasheet before ordering?
Yes, on request. Email hyd@szjunxian.com with the model number, or list your parameters and we will propose models that fit.
Do you supply the panel only, or a complete assembly?
Both, by default a bare module. We also bond touch panels and cover glass, fit custom FPCs and connectors, and supply a driver board where the design needs one.
What if none of the listed models fits?
About 120 new models a year start exactly this way: we modify a close model or build to your drawing. Send the size, resolution and interface you need.
Are you a manufacturer of segment lcd displays, or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Every model on this page is built on our own line in Bao'an, Shenzhen - we are a segment lcd display supplier in China with our own plant, 3 assembly lines and 52 staff, not an agent reselling another factory's panels. The business licence and ISO 9001 certificate with its registration number are published on our certifications page, and you are welcome to see the plant on video before you order.
