Sample and production process
Quotation
Send your specification and quantity; we return a model number, unit price, tooling cost if any, and a schedule - usually within one working day.
Sample
10-15 days from stock glass, longer where new tooling is involved. Sample MOQ is 5 pcs.
Sample approval
You check dimensions, display quality and interface timing. The approved sample becomes the reference for every production batch.
Production order and payment
Confirmed in writing against the quotation and the approved sample.
Production
10-20 days after order confirmation.
Shipping
DHL / FedEx / UPS express, air freight, sea freight, packed as below.
Packaging
Anti-static bag + foam tray + export carton. Desiccant is available on request for sea freight or humid destinations. Full packaging and ESD handling detail is in our packaging and ESD guide.
After-sales and batch traceability
Every production batch is checked against the approved sample and our in-process inspection records. If a discrepancy comes up after delivery, tell us the model, batch and symptom and we investigate against those records rather than starting from nothing.
Ordering - questions
Do I have to order a sample before production?
Not strictly, but we recommend it for any part you have not ordered from us before - the approved sample is what every production batch is checked against, and skipping it removes that reference point.
Can I combine multiple models in one shipment?
Yes - multiple models and quantities can ship together; tell us at quotation stage so packing and documentation are planned as one shipment rather than several.
What happens if a part arrives damaged or does not match the approved sample?
Tell us the model, batch and the specific discrepancy with photos - we investigate against the approved sample and our in-process inspection records for that batch.
Can you ship to a freight forwarder instead of directly to us?
Yes - give us the forwarder's Shenzhen or Hong Kong warehouse address and any booking reference they require, and we consign the shipment there.
