3.2 inch LCD display modules
We currently produce 4 display modules at 3.2", in IPS, STN/FSTN, TN, blue membrane/STN - 2 with a touch option, 2 without. Available interfaces: 6800/8080/4-LINE, SPI, SPI/MCU. Sample MOQ 5 pcs, production lead time 10-20 days.
Published at this size: 3.2 inch TFT LCD Display Modules (2), 3.2 inch Graphic LCD Module (1) and 3.2 inch Character LCD Module (1). Every one of them is made on our own line and can be modified — FPC, backlight, touch and cover glass are open on all of them.

Choosing between these 3.2" modules
Start from the interface
Your host processor decides this more than the panel does. An MCU without an LCD controller needs SPI or a smart module; an ARM board with a display controller can drive RGB; MIPI needs a DSI-capable SoC.
Then the glass mode
IPS keeps colour stable when the panel is read from an angle. TN costs less and is fine when the operator faces the screen. VA gives the deepest black.
Then brightness
Indoors 200-300 cd/m² is enough. Near windows or in workshops go to 350-450. Outdoors and in vehicles, 500 cd/m² and above.
Finally mechanics
Outline dimension, active area, FPC exit direction and connector type decide whether the module drops into your enclosure. All four are listed on each model page, and all four can be changed.
If two models look equivalent, the difference is usually the driver IC or the FPC layout. Send us your board and we will say which one integrates with fewer changes.

4 3.2" models are in current production and listed on this page, covering 128×64, 20×4, 240×320. More variants exist that are not listed - ask if you need a specific combination.
Can you customise a 3.2 inch module?
Yes: FPC length and pin order, connector, backlight brightness, touch panel and cover glass. Custom MOQ is 1,000 pcs; catalogue models start at 100 pcs.
What is the lead time?
10-20 days for production, 10-15 days for samples.
